• Business details such as ABN/ACN, trading history and trade references;
• Information you provide when applying for a credit account or guarantee (which may include date of birth, private address and driver’s licence number of directors/guarantors), and your electronic signature;
• Employment-related information you provide when applying for a role, including your résumé;
• Order, delivery and payment/account information; and

How we collect it

• Government or regulatory bodies where required or authorised by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Overseas disclosure

Some of the service providers we use to operate our website and forms (for example website hosting, online form and e-signature services) may store data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. Where we disclose personal information to overseas recipients, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the APPs.
