Our team is on the market floor at dawn, hand-selecting the best of the day and, wherever the season allows, buying direct from Tasmanian growers. That means the produce landing in your kitchen is genuinely fresh — not sitting in a warehouse for days — so it holds longer on your bench and lets your menu do its best work.
Five days a week, before service
We deliver Monday to Friday right across Greater Hobart — the CBD and inner suburbs, the Eastern Shore, the northern and southern suburbs, Kingborough and the Channel, and out through the Huon. Order by 6pm the day before your delivery day and we’ll have it to you before service.
